Competitions on the VHF radio - "Memorial Vladimir Chalapko UT5EU" Founders: Amateur Radio League of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast of Ukraine, Dnepropetrovsk OSOU Competitions are held the first full "weekend" (full Saturday and Sunday) June 14:00 UTC Saturday to 13:59 UTC Sunday (in 2012 - 2-3 June). To participate in the competition are invited amateurs from Ukraine and other countries and territories worldwide. The competitions take part in the team (the team - 2 or 3 operators) and operators of individual stations. Competitions are held in the categories of Single OP (SO) - one operator, Multi OP (MO) - many operators a call and Club stations (CO) club station, a radar, up to 3 call signs in a set-off. For the category of Single OP, only one signal at a time. For the category of Multi OP and Club stations - one at the signal at each band at a time. For the category Club stations - credit is given for the amount of bonds for a maximum of three call signs, running from one place. For foreign participants - two separate transcripts of: 50 MHz and other VHF (144 MHz or higher). Modes: CW, PHONE (SSB, FM). For the categories of MO (group A, C) and CO (group G) all jobs, antennas and equipment located on the members only area with a diameter not exceeding 500 meters. Competitors make a QSO with any type of radio transmission (active repeaters are not used). QSO is the student's record, if held and confirmed reports of a complete, error-free exchange of control rooms, consisting of RS or RST, serial number (starting with 001 on each of the bands) at an acceptable discrepancy in time no longer than two minutes. QSO with the same party shall be counted only once for each band (regardless of the type of work). The results of the competition are summed for each group of participants. In the category CO (Group G) the results of individual operators, two or three categories of SO (Group D) are summed up and counted the club. On the basis of the joint decision of the club call sign (one of the members of the club call sign) operators further stated in the report of each. For each scoring radio receive points for the 1 kilometer distance from the reporter: - In the range 50 mHz - 1 point; - In the range of 144 mHz - 1 point; - In the range of 432 mHz and above - 4 points; Links to amateur radio stations did not report to the jury, but there are no less than five reports are counted. The report should consist of text files, separately for each band, performed in the format of EDI.
