Competitions on the VHF radio - "Memorial Vladimir Chalapko UT5EU"

Competitions are held the first full "weekend" (full Saturday and Sunday) June 14:00 UTC Saturday to 13:59 UTC Sunday (in 2012 - 2-3 June).
To participate in the competition are invited amateurs from Ukraine and other countries and territories worldwide.
The competitions take part in the team (the team - 2 or 3 operators) and operators of individual stations.
Competitions are held in the categories of Single OP (SO) - one operator, Multi OP (MO) - many operators a call and Club stations (CO) club station, a radar, up to 3 call signs in a set-off.
For the category of Single OP, only one signal at a time. For the category of Multi OP and Club stations - one at the signal at each band at a time.
For the category Club stations - credit is given for the amount of bonds for a maximum of three call signs, running from one place.
For foreign participants - two separate transcripts of: 50 MHz and other VHF (144 MHz or higher).

Competitions are held simultaneously in the ranges: 50, 144, 432Mgts and above.
Modes: CW, PHONE (SSB, FM).
For the categories of MO (group A, C) and CO (group G) all jobs, antennas and equipment located on the members only area with a diameter not exceeding 500 meters.
Competitors make a QSO with any type of radio transmission (active repeaters are not used).
QSO is the student's record, if held and confirmed reports of a complete, error-free exchange of control rooms, consisting of RS or RST, serial number (starting with 001 on each of the bands) at an acceptable discrepancy in time no longer than two minutes. The timing of communication is the time of its completion.

QSO with the same party shall be counted only once for each band (regardless of the type of work).
The results of the competition are summed for each group of participants.
In the category CO (Group G) the results of individual operators, two or three categories of SO (Group D) are summed up and counted the club. On the basis of the joint decision of the club call sign (one of the members of the club call sign) operators further stated in the report of each.

For each scoring radio receive points for the 1 kilometer distance from the reporter:
- In the range 50 mHz - 1 point;
- In the range of 144 mHz - 1 point;
- In the range of 432 mHz and above - 4 points;
Links to amateur radio stations did not report to the jury, but there are no less than five reports are counted.
Links to amateur radio stations did not report or occurring in 5 or more reports sent are not counted.
Every big WW-loc gives 1 point for multiplier on each band.
The final total score is defined as the total amount of points for the works due to each band to the sum of multipliers on all bands (POINTS ITGOVYE = (144 + POINTS POINTS 432 + ...) x (144 x SQUARES SQUARES 432 + ...)
Each participant, regardless of the amount spent Telecommunications is a report in the prescribed form separately for each range. Reports of Ukrainian participants should be sent to the jury no later than 14 days, and after the competition (the first day is Monday after the race). Reports from foreign countries should be sent within one calendar month after the end of the competition (in 2012: up to 2 July inclusive).
Reports received after the deadline shall be taken to control (Check Log).
Note: The information carried in the form of an extract links from the hardware log, forwarded by e-mail and other forms are not in the prescribed form to be taken by the judging panel for the control (Check Log).
The report should consist of text files, separately for each band, performed in the format of EDI. The names of files, reports on the bands consist of a call sign with the expansion, indicating the range of, for example: ut7e.50, ut7e.144. These files are attached to an email, in the title of which is indicated only one call and credit groups: (A, B, C, D, E, etc.). Members in the category CO (Group G), and also indicate the call sign of the club.

If a competitor has a difficulty in the design of EDI-report format, or is unable to use e-mail, the jury will take into account his "paper" form. Also received reports in cabrillo.

Scoring is not required.
